Experience Cirque at Royal Windsor Racecourse

Posted: 05/06/2007 17:06:12

All the magic and amazement of the ever popular acrobat entertainment Cirque comes to Royal Windsor Racecourse on Monday 11th June 2007, when the first of this season's themed Monday Night Racing fixtures starts at 6.35pm. Children 16 and under enter for free while adult tickets start from just 7. You can save up to 4 per person by advance booking tickets online at www.windsor-racecourse.co.uk

In addition to the excitement of an evening's racing at the UK's only figure of eight flat course, the Cirque Night is all about spectacle as performers mingle with the crowd, giving one-to-one performances and displaying an amazing repertoire of acrobatic entertainment. With unique 10 ft tall golden goat men, stilt-walkers, acrobats, aerial artists and fire-eaters, Cirque Night 2007 is guaranteed to be a night to remember.
The evening will be rounded off with a stunning display accompanied by live Opera on stage on the Paddock Lawn after the last race at 9.15pm.

Lucy Dickson, Commercial Manager at Royal Windsor Racecourse, said: "As we're located on a beautiful island in the Thames there is already something a little magical about Royal Windsor Racecourse. Our first themed Monday Racing Evening of 2007 is guaranteed to bring even more sparkle and breath-taking entertainment to our visitors both young and old.

After Cirque our next themed evening is our Irish Night on Monday 9th July which will be fantastic. We'll be here for the Craic - will you?"
