Dursley Sports Centre's Fitness Fiesta

Dursley Sports Centre opens its doors this Saturday for a free Fitness Fiesta.

Staff have put together a fantastic programme of events showcasing some of the Dursley Centre's popular classes - and introducing some new and very different ones.

Freestyle aerobics, body combat, circuit training step and fit ball are just some of the classes for adults. For children, there will be

Spin Bikes, Shokk Wave Youth Gym and two very new classes starting next week - Kick It body Combat and a medley including cheerleading, bollywood dance, hula hoop, aerobics and step.

New to the Centre's extensive exercise programme is a Flexi-bar workout, on show for the first time. Available throughout the morning will be a range of displays and taster sessions, which are certain to be popular:-

Racket Skills, Self Defence, Junior Lifesaving, Hapkido, Squash, Trampolining, Tai Chi and the Tri Dz dance group.

The Fitness Fiesta is a family event and in the Gym there will be two supervised circuit classes - one for the juniors and one for the adults

Everyone attending will be entered into a free prize draw for leisure passes and a digital camera. Refreshments will be available for purchase, along with the chance to win a number of prizes including a digital camera,

The Fitness Fiesta takes place on Saturday, 26th January between 10.30am and 12.30pm. For more information please call in at Dursley Pool & Sports Centre or ring 01453 546441.
