Healthy eating expert visits Tavistock Library

Healthy eating comes under the spotlight at Tavistock Library later this month courtesy of author Julie Sargent.

Julie is a nutritional therapist and allergy tester and has written two books - Simply Healthy Cooking, concentrating on the art of cooking with basic ingredients, and Simply Packed Lunches.

She will be sharing her knowledge at the library in Tavistock on Thursday, June 21st. Her talk will begin at 2pm and be followed by a question and answer session.

People with an interest in healthy eating are invited to attend. Free tickets must be collected from the library in advance.
