Blenheim Palace - Woodstock

Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Winston Churchill, is a World Heritage site and one of the "must see" visitor attractions in the Cotswolds area.

Queen Anne gave John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough, the Woodstock estate and funds to build a palace there as a reward for his victory over the French at the battle of Blenheim.
